The process is to first saute the onions, tomatoes and garlic in extra virgin olive oil, then it is seasoned with pepper and a touch of saffron, finally the seafood is added, and ANETO base stock little by little for 2 hours until it is perfectly Cooked.
Ingredients:
Water, MONKFISH (32%), Onion, Carrot, Celery, Leek, Tomato, COD (2%), Fennel, Sea salt, SOFRITO (20%): ROCKFISH AND SEAFOOD (31%) (CONGER, SCORPION FISH, RIBBONFISH, CRAB, MUSSEL, PRAWN, COCKLE), Extra virgin olive oil, Garlic, Paprika, Squid ink.

 

El proceso es saltear primero las cebollas, tomates y ajos en aceite de oliva virgen extra, luego se sazona con pimienta y un toque de azafrán, por ultimo se agrega el marisco, y caldo base ANETO poco a poco por 2 horas hasta que esté perfectamente cocido.
