Las pochas son frijoles blancos con sabor suave que se consumen antes de su madurez. Son comunes en la región vasca de España, así como en Navarra y Rioja. Se recogen justo antes o tan pronto maduran. Como resultado, algunos incluso se ven ligeramente verdes. Usualmente se consumen en guisos o acompañados por pimiento verde y aceite de oliva o con salchicha.

Pochas are mild-flavored white beans that are eaten before maturity. They are common in the Basque region of Spain, as well as in Navarra and Rioja.
