These are the famous large Judión de la Granja beans. Despite their large size, they are very fine, tender beans, with a surprising, almost butter-like texture. They are prepared very traditionally, as are all Rosara’s prepared foods, and this shows in their tenderness, with no noticeable skin, and with an all natural taste.
Son las famosas alubias grandes de Judión de la Granja. A pesar de su gran tamaño, son alubias muy finas y tiernas, con una textura sorprendente, casi mantecosa. Se preparan de forma muy tradicional, como todas las comidas preparadas de Rosara, y eso se nota en su ternura, sin piel perceptible y con un sabor totalmente natural.
