Picual Casas de Hualdo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an intense, persistent and complex oil, full of green fresh aromas. Enjoy it in salads, with grilled vegetables, or when preparing BBQs and baked fish such as turbot or sea bream. It is rich in polyphenols; these antioxidants provide stability when cooking. Use it simply over cured meat platters (chorizo, salami…) and aged cheeses.
Very fragrant with hints of tomato plant, olive tree leaf, basil, spinach, licorice, green tomato, and green grass.
